I am off from work, but sick with a cold, so have been hanging around the house today. When I saw the sun was shining I went out on the patio to read for a bit. While there, I was serenaded by my bougainvillea bush...or the little feathered units inside it, so decided to see if I could get a shot or two. Unfortunately I usually have to pick whether I want everything sharp, or I want the feathered units to be big enough to see what they are...so I picked 'big enough to see what they are' which meant that my depth of field was rather shallow and much of the image is not sharp. Oh well.










Can you believe this crowd? It's always really packed with these little fellows.

12-8-09 A Recuperating Jasper

Recuperating from his mouth surgery, Jasper has been taking it easy. Here he is in his new Poodle-do. The vet had to shave his legs to insert the iv.
